NOTE: The conference venue is Siliguri Greater Lions Shri Vidya Sagar Oswal Eye Hospital, the Unit 2 hospital of Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital.. The conference venue is 18 kms from Siliguri city. All hotels given below are in Siliguri city.
Pick up Facility: For all delegates of 16th annual conference, host organisation will provide pick – up and drop facility from pre-decided designated points to the venue of conference ONLY. The pick – up points will be from the main city only.
Having the Conference venue 18 km away from the Siliguri City, the host organization is providing you Transportation through comfortable shuttle services from Pre-Decided fixed Pick-Up points nearest to your Hotel Route. To make your experience hassle free at the conference the Host Organization is also having provision to provide you with your Welcome Kit comprising of your Identity Card at your Hotel/ Stay itself.

Pick and Drop facility is provided to all the participant irrespective of whether you are booking your stay with the empanelled Hotels or not. You can also book your stay using any of the Hotel Booking Site to get suitable stay rate, just make sure that your Hotel lies nearest to a Pick - Up point and the address is shared with the host organization immediately after you complete your booking.
A general mail will follow including all information of Pick-Up Points across all major routes in Siliguri a week before the Conference with necessary contact, 1 week prior to the Conference.
