How Shall I Get Myself Registered:

Vision 2020 Member | Non-Member Registrations:

All Vision 2020 Members and Non-Members, Individuals or Groups can register themselves under this Menu Tab for the main conference on September 3rd - 4th, 2022.

Lions Member Registration:

All Lions Club members are entitled to register themselves at 1000/- per person under this Menu Tab for the main conference on September 3rd - 4th, 2022.

Lions Group Registration:

For Eye Hospitals: Registration charges: ₹4000 - 4 registrations will be provided. Hospital Chairman, Medical Superintendent, Administrator and Team Member are expected to join.

For DG teams: Registration charges: ₹4,000 - 4 registrations will be provided. DG, FVDG, SVDG and DC Sight First or other Team members are expected to join.

Student - Registration:

Students interested to attend the 2 day Vision 2020: The Right To Sight Annual Conference on September 3rd - 4th, 2022 shall register themselves through this MenuTab.

Quality & Accrediation Pre-Conference - Registration:

All who wants to register themselves for the Pre-Conference Session on September 2nd, 2022 on Quality & Accreditation please register yourself through this Menu Tab.

How May I Proceed If I Am Registering As A Group:

It is very easy to complete your registration process as a group. Simple, complete filling up the Registration form with your details and Click on the Add Button to include more individuals/members under the same registration page. This means that you do not have to fill multiple forms to complete the registration for suppose 4 members under your group. All the members can be added under a single registration page and submitted inside a single process.

Note: The registration for Scientific Program (3-4 September 2022) and Pre-Conference on Quality & Accreditation (2 September 2022) should be done separately.

Note: The date on the DD / Cheque / RTGS / NEFT will be considered as the date of registration. The fees will be applied based on the deadline as shown in the table above.

  • All the delegates will get automatic acknowledgement after their successful registration.
  • The confirmation of your registration will be done based on the receipt of payment.

Payment Instructions :

  • Individuals / Organizations those who are making the payment through online portal will be receiving the receipt on successful payment.
  • Individuals / Organizations those who are choosing offline payment should send the bank receipt of DD / Cheque / RTGS / NEFT along with the Acknowledgement Form to vision.sightannualconference@gmail.com email address. The soft copy of the receipt will be sent by email and the original receipts can be collected at the Registration counters.
